Homely Swabian. Anyone who does not mind the almost antique-looking furniture will be treated to a good bourgeois cuisine Satisfied. In the kitchen, there are still "real" Swabians working.

I was there for dinner with my family on Christmas Day 2. There was roast venison with spaetzle and dumplings. With a salad. Really delicious. The great atmosphere and the friendly staff fit. And the prices are consistently reasonable. I can only recommend the Germania.

The food deserves five stars, but everything else left something to be desired that it is impossible for me to award more stars. The dressing room had only 10 hangers for about 40 guests, the service was so slow even though the restaurant was not nearly completely filled. After the starter, we waited about 40 minutes for the main course at our table. The waitress was stressed out and gave us the impression that she wanted to be done soon, which she said when she asked us to clear the plates immediately to order the dessert, as they were no longer open. Basically, we don't find that bad, but we had made an extra reservation and accordingly we didn't expect to wait for our food forever and were then asked to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. The door was then open, so that not only at our but also at the neighboring table complained why it was so cold. In the end, the glasses were cleared, even though half of our society still had drink in the glass, which was very expansive for us. Price performance was not fair for us, despite the delicious food. It is a pity because it is a place where we are not a rare guest.

I can only agree with that. Quaint, comfortable and the food was very good.
